Membership FAQ


  • What is a membership?

    • A daycare or dayboarding membership is a monthly subscription for a certain amount of scheduled doggie daycare or dayboarding visits! These memberships come at a discounted rate vs. ala carte daycare/dayboarding and come with certain perks.

  • Who would a membership benefit?

    • Memberships would benefit a pet parent who would like to keep their pet on a schedule, only pay once per month, know what days they would like their pet to visit us, have a guaranteed spot, and enjoy the perks they offer. Memberships may not be as good of a fit for pet owners looking for more “once in a while” flexibility and our ala carte daycare may be a better option. We offer something for everyone

  • Can I use my membership for more than one dog?

  • No, each dog requires their own membership.

  • I didn’t bring my dog for each scheduled day, do the credits roll over?

    • No. Similar to a gym membership, these subscriptions are paid for on a monthly basis regardless of your pups attendance. You may change your membership at renewal time to a lesser frequency, of course.

  • I’m going to be on vacation, and my pup is coming with us/being watched by a sitter. What happens to my membership credits?

    • Pet parents who know they will be going away during a membership cycle will have the purchase prorated for the days their pup will be missing their reservations! This is the same process we use for clients going into surgery or a hospital stay as well.

  • Is my membership charged automatically?

    • No, it is not. But we may look to add this in the future!

  • Can I bring my pet additional days during the week?

    • With a reservation, absolutely! Pets are allowed to come extra days and pay ala carte or boarders will only pay the $10 discounted rate for non membership days.

  • What are the perks of a membership?

    • Silver: Silver membership holders will enjoy a discounted rate vs. ala carte daycare, and a special 7:30am weekday drop-off time.

    • Gold: Gold membership holders will enjoy the same as silver plus extra early weekday drop off at 7:10am, waitlist priority for boarding and grooming, weekend morning dayboard/boarding drop off between 8-10, Free suite treat during boarding stays, waived holiday peak fees and free premium photoshoot events(not including SPCA fundraisers)

Things to Know...

  • During high-volume holidays a $2/day per-pet peak charge will be applied to your invoice, and we require 72-hours notice for cancellations. Please see our 

    calendar page for dates

  • If you need to cancel a boarding/daycare/grooming reservation for any reason, please call us or cancel VIA paw partner in advance. No call/no shows will be noted, and if it is recurring you will be asked to find another facility to help you or charged a non-refundable deposit.
