Boarding

Dogs:

Lodging for our canine friends is made up of private, spacious Snyder Mfg. runs with a comfortable Kuranda elevated bed, plenty of fresh water, and 4+ outings daily in one of our boarding yards. You can choose to board your dogs together, or give them their own space in their own suite with no up-charge to their original boarding fee. Clients are invited to bring any toys, beds, or belongings from home that will make your pup more comfortable during their stay. Our kennel staff offers plenty of one-on-one attention to your pets throughout the day as well as during their outings, making sure your pet is always monitored and getting plenty of love! Pups get a special "housekeeping" visit every morning, to tidy up their rooms and beds, just like you would at a human-hotel. Along with the standard included care, we also offer extra services to make your pets stay-cation extra awesome! Some of these include private playtimes with a staff member, walks "Suite treats"-frozen peanut butter filled Kong toys with treats inside, cuddletimes and more!

We are able to accommodate dogs/cats of all sorts, including pets who do not like the company of other pets(they will get plenty of one on one personal attention). Please let us know of any behavioral issues/dislikes your pet may have in truth while filling out paperwork.

Dogs MUST be up to date on their DHLPP/DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines to be able to board, or have an acceptable titer test. There are no exceptions, as these guidelines are to keep our guests safe. Acceptable proof are copies of their current vaccination records brought in upon arrival to board or beforehand, or an email from your vet to threeoakspetresort@gmail.com with proof of current vaccinations. Your pet must wait a minimum of ONE week after vaccines to board or attend daycare, and we do not accept self-administered vaccines.

Cats:

Your cat will be lodged in their own personal cat condo, with a clean litter box, comfy bedding, and a private cubby inside their condo to unwind and relax in! Our cat lodging is in a private room, enclosed from the hustle and bustle of the lobby, ensuring as little stress on our feline friends as possible! Cat boxes are scooped multiple times daily, and waters are always fresh and topped off. Our cat guests also receive a daily morning "housekeeping" visit to tidy up their rooms and keep them fresh and comfy during their stay. We also have a lounge chair for kitties who love to snuggle with staff!

All cats visiting Three Oaks MUST be current on their Rabies, and FVRCP vaccines or present an acceptable titer test, with a FeLV vaccine strongly recommended as well, especially for indoor/outdoor cats. There are no exceptions, as these guidelines are to keep our guests safe. -Your pets food, pre-bagged

-Your pets medication, if any

-a single toy or chew

-A single bed or blanket, if you'd like.

-Treats from home

-Your pets food bowls. We use stainless steel, and also have our own slow feeders if needed.

-Excessive toys or bedding. All of our guests are welcome to bring items, but try to limit the amount to one each for beds, blankets and toys.

-Rawhides. We do not give out rawhides due to the nature of their indigestibility.

-Large bags of food not pre-bagged(the only exception would be extended stays).

If your pet has excessive potty messes without cause in their suite and even with additional outings soils their room often, we may utilize one of our comfortable and size appropriate Vari-Kennels to address the issue because we want our guests to be comfortable and dry. We will also let you know about any issues to see if this is a behavior they exhibit at home.

Flea & Tick Policy: We require that all pets are on a current Flea & Tick preventative. Any pets with fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner's expense

*If your pet doesn't seem like a good fit for boarding, We will be happy to help you find an in-home pet sitter(It happens occasionally! Some pets do better at home, and we would like to help the pet with what works best for their health and happiness)
